coaching services
Executive coaching is a process aimed at supporting leaders in reflecting on, analyzing, and creating change in their professional performance and leadership approach.
Executive coaching is different from individual therapy. While therapists are licensed medical practitioners who recommend and apply specific psychological treatment plans to individuals for a wide range of mental and/or behavioral health conditions, executive coaches focus on working collaboratively with clients on their professional goals and provide support on implementing strategies so their client can change their behaviors to align with their goals and values. See details of my coaching services below.

Contact me for a complimentary 20-minute conversation to see whether I might be a fit for you. Typical engagements consist of one-hour sessions every other week or monthly, for periods of time ranging from 3-12 months. I offer coaching appointments before/after the typical work day, including evenings.

Group Coaching for Leadership teams
This service is geared towards an executive leadership team (~3-6 members) who want to work as a group on team-building and trauma-informed leadership development. Typical engagements consist of 2-hour virtual group sessions once or twice per month for 3-6 months, and may include application of organizational assessment tools.
Fee: $250/hour, with initial minimum commitment of 4 hours
mediation services
A mediator is a neutral third party who facilitates communication between two or more people or parties who are seeking an amicable solution to a negotiation or conflict. My mediation services will bring the values of compassion, empathy, and justice to complex workplace issues, including union negotiations, while centering the humanity and strengths of all people involved.
As a non-profit leader with 25 years of experience, I have deep insight into budgetary constraints, organizational policies, and liability concerns that must be considered during union negotiations. As a social justice advocate and trauma-informed leader, I work towards solutions that prioritize staff wellbeing and psychological safety, so that they are able to do their best work and feel like valued members of the organization.
Fees: Fees will vary depending on the length of the engagement, and the budget of the organization. It is recommended that parties share the cost to ensure everyone is equally invested in working towards a positive resolution. Note: Mediation does not constitute legal counsel.
